  • About last night.... this dinner was EVERYTHING. It fulfilled all my taco needs without being a ton of points. Sometimes the tacos that are made or you get at a restaurant can be upwards of 10+ points.
    Details:
    •zucchini (0sp)
    •ground turkey 80/20 (6sp)
    •salsa (0sp)
    •Trader Joe’s lite Mexican cheese (1sp)
    •optional, top with salsa con queso (2 tbsp for 1sp) Greek yogurt, tomatoes, green onions.
    It was a total of 7sp from my calculations for 2 zucchini boats without any toppings. This can be made lower with a lower fat content turkey or even chicken to make it only 1-2sp, but this is what I had on hand. And it was fabulous!

    My favourite comfort food breakfast 😍 and just so we are clear, there's no such thing as too much cinammon right...? I use Weight Watchers Danish bread to keep the cals down.

  • So here are my #NuttyBreakfastBites from @wwlifestyle92 - mine have raisins, almonds, cashews, sesame seeds and some agave nectar. Cooked in my waffle mould on a frying pan as my oven is dead. They’re a little “well cooked” underneath but still good lol 😆

    Y’all I’m about to FREEZE over here! Us midwesterners are not used to having snow before January, let alone TWO snow falls and temps in the teens! I know as a person looses weight they have less warmth so I get 80 pounds lighter I’m going to get cold quicker and stay cold longer but this stinks!!! Never in my life have I had to wear this many layers on a normal day. To a football game or outdoor activity sure but just a normal day, NO! I guess this means only one thing, find more cute warm clothes 🤷🏻‍♀️
