  • ok so the reason I always go quiet on a weekend is the fact I always go off plan! It has not effected my losses as of yet, as I have my weekends to look forward to. Does anyone else do this? I could really do with stopping it ! I had another 1lb loss this week, but I think if I stop my cheat weekends or reduce them I would lose more ? I am now down 1stone 5lb since mid September (I'm very happy with this!) But I feel I'm going slower than I could be ? This meal was a good meal to go out with a bang for though (Miller and carter)! Medium rare steak, lobster mac and cheese and a blue cheese lettuce wedge. I didn't even try to point this ! Need to get back on track.
