- Every dude on earth wants biceps that pop. It can be a stubborn muscle to develop. From my experience I find it best to use a controllable weight and put the muscle through as much stress as possible with repetitions till complete failure. But - what I find that grows biceps is when you lift heavy during back training. When you train back you are also putting a great deal of stress on the biceps. I am still a student of this craft.
