  • Alltså My God!!!! Detta är utan tvekan DET godaste jag ätit i år ! Hemlagat eller på restaurang , den här slängde jag ihop mellan mina workshops idag och det är väl det enda negativa... Att jag inte satt lääänge och njöt, önskade att det aldrig tog slut. Idag går nästan alla mina Sp till pastan och det är det värt 1000 ggr om! Recept @jamieoliver fr boken Jamies Italien. Spaghetti med räkor och ruccola , vi hade stora Black shrimp räkor vilket gjorde den om möjligt ännu bättre !!! #wellnessthatworks #italianfood #pasta #fr äscht #foodbonanza #foodporn

  • Got one of these to try, I know I could make it myself but this was a great low carb grab and go option. I wouldn’t buy these again I could make this myself but it was nice to just throw the container away. Calling mine 5spts since I skipped the potato ingredient and used leftover veggies as filler. #wellnessthatworks #healthyfood #wwinmemphis

  • My plan for Thanksgiving. I’m going to eat foods that I don’t eat every day like the turkey, squash and stuffing. However it will be a small portion of stuffing to satisfy the craving. The crackers and dips I will not touch as I can eat those anytime and they just aren’t worth the points anyway. This will be my son’s first Thanksgiving and I’ll be focused on him more than my own plate. If my grandma made her fudge this year I will allow myself one piece a week and freeze the rest. #wwthanksgivingplan
