    Slight #transformation from Sep. 24 - Nov. 21.
    Couple things to keep in mind;
    1. I hate doing transformations in different places cause lighting can be very deceiving but due to my current circumstances I didn’t have much of a choice
    2. The lighting in the second picture is Gucci ass locker room lighting so yes I look better there than almost anywhere else, and it was post workout. Just being honest 😂 BUT YES BOTH ARE FLEXED SO DONT GET IT TWISTED

    So after 8 weeks of tracking and maintaining a solid caloric deficit I went from ~ 235ish down to ~ 222ish. Over the next couple weeks I’m going to transition over to more of an intuitive eating approach. That’s not an excuse to eat like dog shit, I just think its more practical with the holidays coming up. And while i do like to think of myself as an athlete and may do things differently sometimes, I would say my overall approach to fitness is more lifestyle/practical, and I’m not gonna be sitting there with a food scale while I eat Thanksgiving dinner with my family lmao. This cut just simply isn’t that serious, obviously would be different if it was a show prep. So my goal over the next couple weeks is simply to stay within 3 lbs +/- where I’m currently at. That seems reasonable and will help me remember to not over indulge during holiday festivities, and will help me to not under eat which I’ve also done in the past and can also be detrimental to progress. Gonna stay between 30-40min of cardio 5x a week and will reassess things in a few weeks 😊 Happy holidays fit fam 🎉🥩🥓🥞🌯🍗 .

  • Hallöchen ihr Lieben ❤️ ich hoffe ihr hattet alle einen tollen Mittwoch ! #bergfest 🎉 heute mal ein komplett anderes Bild von mir 😅 und zwar bei meiner absoluten Lieblingsbeschäftigung 🐴 ich vermisse sehr doll das Reiten... und es vergeht glaube ich kein einziger Tag, an dem ich mir wünsche endlich wieder ein eigenes Pferd zu haben 😩 aber es kostet sehr sehr viel Zeit und natürlich auch Geld 💸 aber dieses Gefühl von Freiheit und Grenzenlosigkeit ist einfach unbezahlbar ❤️ wenn man Eins mit einem Tier, mit einem Lebewesen ist !! #liebe das da oben 👆🏼 ist mein früheres Pferd Fiona. Nun gehört sie meiner Mutter und die beiden passen wirklich wie Pech und Schwefel zusammen ! ❤️ vielleicht werde ich auch irgendwann meinen Partner auf 4 Hufe finden 😊
