    Me gusta tanto el aguacate que siento que si me lo como con todo junto desperdicio su sabor, así que lo que hago es una especie de guacamole y me lo como a cucharadas😅

    Bueno, necesito consejo...Últimamente estoy súper agobiada con los exámenes,trabajos, estudios...etc. De hecho hoy he estado toda la tarde haciendo cosas y a la vez siento que no he hecho nada😪 Y bueno, mañana es ‘juernes’ para mucha gente pero para mi no porque mi Universidad si tiene clase los jueves🤷🏻‍♀️ Sin embargo mis amigas han quedado para ir de fiesta y empalmar al día siguiente con las clases. Es decir, quedamos sobre las 11-12 de la noche para ir a una casa, luego a una discoteca, y después ir a la clase😅 y lo peor es que es una clase obligatoria de prácticas. En fin, que a mí eso no me va nada😳 Y tengo un dilema en si ir o no ir porque si no voy siento que me separo de la gente de la Uni, pero si voy sé que voy a perder todo el jueves y todo el viernes ‘sin hacer nada’, en las clases súper cansada...ya me entendéis la gente responsable, no?😂 No sé que pensaréis...Y el inconveniente es que vivo en un pueblo y tardo 1 hora en ir y otra en volver😱 .

  • I never realized how fast time actually goes by when staying at home full time! And most days, even though I feed the girl's lunch at a regular time, I often get busy doing house chores while they are eating. I *try* to make it a point to eat with them most days but sometimes I'm simply not hungry when they are. So 2:00 rolls around and I'm scrounging for a quick and healthy lunch/snack!

    These @vtsmoke meat sticks have been such a lifesaver(they were sent to us and we love them)! I've been pairing them with @simplemills crackers, smashed avocado, & everything seasoning. Grains + healthy fats + protein 👌 I always keep a couple on hand in our backpack too for emergencies, so yummy!

    🔺Vamos ponderar: Cuidado com essa história de exame “NORMAL”!!! Até porque, exames de glicose, colesterol e triglicerídeos REFLETEM o MOMENTO. Ou seja, não é preditivo nem preventivo. .

    🔺A glicose está ok, mas e a hemoglobina glicada? 🔺Foi dosada INSULINA? Porque se a insulina estiver alta, você está desenvolvendo resistência. 🔺E marcadores inflamatórios? 🔺A PCR está normal? O seu aumento pode indicar que você está inflamado e com risco aumentado de doença coronariana. 🔺Tem gordura no FÍGADO? Sardines are full of protein and omega 3s that help keep you satisfied and boost brain power 🧠 I made a little sardine salad with 1 can boneless skinless sardines + 1 TB @primalkitchenfoods mayo + a few chopped up @bubbiespickles pickles + seaweed flakes 👌

  • Need a last minute Thanksgiving appetizer??⁣

    I got ya covered! This easy Pommegrante Cheese Ball is the perfect one 👌🏻⁣
    ———————————————⁣

    1 8oz block of cream cheese ⁣
    1 cup sharp white cheddar ⁣
    1/2 cup toasted almond slices ⁣
    10 sage leaves ⁣
    1/2 tsp salt ⁣
    1/4 tsp garlic powder ⁣
    1 tbl butter ⁣
    1 pomegranate ( to get a little more than 1 cup seeds) ⁣

    • In a fry pan add the butter on medium high heat, once heated add the sage leaves for 2 minutes on each side( where they will be getting crisp ) Then place on a paper towel to crisp more ⁣
    • place the 1/2 cup of almonds in the frying pan on medium high heat, no need for any oil and move around until brown and set aside ⁣
    • put cream cheese, cheddar, sage leaves, almonds, salt & garlic powder into a food processor and blend until well combined, but still almonds present ⁣
    • form into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap and place in fridge for up to 30 minutes or longer ⁣
    • then you will press the pomegranate seeds around the cheese ball till it is covered like above 😊👌🏻 serve with golden round crackers!! ⁣

    How to get seeds out of a whole pomegranate:
    +If you buy a whole pomegranate, it is super easy to get the seeds out ⁣
    1: get a medium bowl of cool water ready⁣
    2: cut the pomegranate at the perforated lines not all the way through, but you will break the skin⁣
    3: then ABOVE the water start breaking it open and get all the seeds out. The white parts inside will float to the top and you will have the seeds at the bottom of the bowl & then drain and they are ready! ⁣

Before coming, I read the reviews and most people complain about it being TOO EXPENSIVE FOR #VIETNAMESEFOOD . Come on people! I try not to judge others for their opinions but it’s 2018! Do you REALLY think dirt-cheap Vietnamese restaurants feed you remotely decent quality ingredients?!? Why does #ethnicfood have to be cheap?! It takes the same amount of effort, if not more, to make Vietnamese food compared to other cuisines like French or Japanese. If you ask me, I think these guys are not charging enough. Who else other than these pups are with me? 👋🏻

  • greatful. thankful. all the feels these last few weeks but i truly have to say that i am growing. there was a time when the holidays were scary af for me and all i wanted was go spend them and enjoy all the food and family but instead i would lock myself away in a room and stress, restrict and cry.
    it was not my best time but i am 100000% grateful for that.
    we run into situations in our lives that make a difference and then the universe find its way to wipe them out, leaving us confused but that is also a great chance to give thanks! i hope everyone has a GREAT thanksgiving with all the good vibes, food, friends and family 🦃👩🏼‍🌾🍁ill be spending mine with a little earth angel @kessey_esteves because i love when life turns friends into fam ❤️ #avocardio #cleaneats #realfood #realtalk #realpeople #foodie #feedfeed #thankful #thanksgiving #holidays #holidaystress #edrecovery #recovery
