  • If only I always had the self-determination to go to sleep at 8.30pm, Iโ€™d always feel this excited and motivated for the day! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป Woke up this morning and smashed a gym session at 5.30am. Itโ€™s safe to say that this, Tuesday, has been my more official start to this week โ€” and itโ€™s only just gone 9am.

    โœ”๏ธ 9 hours sleep.
    โœ”๏ธ Gym + stretch session [1hr].
    โœ”๏ธ Morning coffee with @a_jaxcreative.
    โœ”๏ธ Breakfast.
    โœ”๏ธ Emails.
    โœ”๏ธ Catching up on my own social feeds.
    โœ”๏ธ Following up on community management for a client.
    .
    .
    And indeed, itโ€™s just 9am. Iโ€™m out the door, on my way to a cafe to smash out some more! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป We all have the same hours. We simply maximise them differently. Hereโ€™s to utilising each one in order to make the best out of this Tuesday and the rest of the week! โœจ

    Note: sleep is a good use of our hours too โ€” unless youโ€™re, say, sleeping in until 12pm! Thatโ€™s a different story. But we do need a sufficient amount of hours to operate our most efficiently and most productively. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ Thereโ€™s no way my day โ€” or at the very least, my attitude towards it โ€” would look the same without sleep. Iโ€™m giving myself that time so that at the other end, time gives back to me! Hey, I might even have a chance to head to the beach and enjoy this 30 degree weather sometime soon! ๐Ÿ™ˆ

    HOWโ€™S YOUR START THIS TUESDAY? ๐Ÿ•Š Similar to mine today.. or to my less motivated yesterday? ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป If the latter, donโ€™t accept 50% energy! If you can, have a slower day, recuperate and make plans for an early night to ensure your energy doubles for tomorrow! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

  • Always remember if it's the right people for your life there are no questions to 'make' time. Everyone has the same 24 hours in their day, the same 7 days in the week, it's always up to you how you use it or how you spend it. People make being time poor an excuse as it's a simple way for the receiver to understand to why an absence is justified - because the easiest thing to say is 'I'm so busy' and instantly our compassion sets in and goes 'okay I understand that'. One of my favorite sayings is - "don't treat another like a priority if all you are to them is an option."ย Prioritize your life and ask yourself - what's important, who's important, where do I want to allocate my time, who do I want to allocate my time too? Don't make excuses for why you have no time, as it only ever makes the person on the other end feel like they aren't a worthy receiver of your time sacrifice.
    Everyone wishes to be loved, to feel important, to be thought about, cared about, and listened too. That's why those you love and care about should be priorities not options as every moment you spend with another person is time you never get back - it's an investment of the soul so live that truth always via your heart and always do things because you truly want too, not because you feel you have too.
    If something is truly worth it in your heart, then thereโ€™s more than enough time.
