⏺ booty band abductions 3x20
⏺ booty band plated glute bridge 3x12
⏺ Swiss ball hamstring curls 3x15 - keep your back and butt as far off the floor as you can and squeeze when fully extended.
0️⃣ Glute activation circuit
1️⃣ sumo deadlifts 3x8
2️⃣ Wide stance leg press 3x8
3️⃣ Sprint Intervals 1:00 3 mph then 1:00 9.5 mph. Repeat 10 times for 20 mins total. Cool down 5:00 walk.
