- A major 🔑 for overall triceps development is hitting them from as many different angles and with as many different grips as possible.
Because there are 3 different muscles that make up the triceps, you need to switch things up regularly to keep them growing.
I really like this single arm cable extension variation, especially as a finisher after heavy skull crushers or close grip bench (or both - ayyyye!).
The pulley should be level with your shoulder, then using the rope attachment and an overhand (pronated) grip, with your upper arm extended, start across your body (hand should be almost touching your front delt), then extend the arm fully, contracting your triceps.
For this movement you’ll want to use a light, manageable weight that you can do 8-10 clean reps with. Then, to hit them from even more angles, switch to an underhand (supinated) grip and do 8-10 more reps (shown in video).
I like to do 4 sets per arm, and remember - this is an ISOLATION MOVEMENT - you don’t need to go heavy!!!

The space is available most days at various times, subject to my own class and training schedule. Outside of my schedule (which is mostly daytime), the space could be yours to take advantage of at highly competitive rates.
