  • Technology fail this AM.... This was literally the last set of my workout, but I recorded every rep of bench press, deadlift and squat and planned to put together a killer video to prove what a great workout it was...😉 It wasn’t meant to be. However, the workout was one my best in a couple of weeks. Alas, I was able to retain a short clip of some squats. 200# on the bar, not a ton of weight, but it was after 5x3 @ 195# on bench and 4x4 @ 305# on deadlift, so I’ll take it.
    Form was kinda all over the place though....😕
