    We spend a lot of time coming up with formulas. Countless hours designing labels. Rounds and rounds of flavor samples. Blah, blah, blah.... says every brand... But what are their quality standards???
    .
    Bottom line is we take personal pride & ownership of what we produce — and I’m extremley proud of how long it takes us to complete a finished product, to ensure the highest possibly quality.

    I take pride in our manufacturing partners & how we ensure their accountability for meeting our quality standards.
    .
    Today I had a great facility tour & visit with one of our manufacturing partners in Florida, and I’m proud to say their quality standards are beyond reproach.
    .
    I want every one of our retail partners, consumers and affiliates to know how much we care about what we put out.
    .

  • It took me 37 years to make myself a priority. ☝🏼
    I thought that by putting everyone before myself, that meant I was giving my best. It took me 37 years to realize you can’t pour from an empty cup! ☕️ My story: Anxiety and fear ruled my life. They stopped me from doing things, or if I did them, I wasn’t enjoying myself because I was so anxious and afraid. I worried about what I would say or what I would do to embarrass myself. I changed my outfits 1,000 times trying to find something that I felt comfortable in, only to settle for something that hid all my fat. (I was often asked if I was pregnant - yeah like 5-7 years ago 😉) Several years ago, I joined a gym and I went to walk the treadmill for 30 minutes a few times a week, hoping NO ONE WOULD see me or judge me. And I would quick hurry up and leave, feeling like I actually accomplished something. Then I eventually stopped going all together but kept paying every month because I could say I belonged to a gym. 💪🏼
    I almost let my fear hold me back from marrying the man of my dreams because I was so worried about how everyone would see me. 👰🏻
    I WAS NOT A SELFIE TAKER!! I was the person that had to approve every picture taken of herself to make sure all my rolls were covered and it was the perfect angle. I DID NOT share my stories and my insecurities with the world!! I was the person hiding in the corner hoping not to be seen. 👀
    One day, something clicked. I had this burning desire to help myself look and feel better!! I knew that I needed to change my life if I wanted to be around for a really long time. So I started working on myself, working out at home, changing my eating habits, working on my mind, and loving myself! It transformed me!! I became this version of myself that was always in there somewhere just waiting to come out of her shell! And I didn’t want to keep this incredible life changing feeling to myself!! I wanted to shout it from the rooftops and get everyone I know involved and even people I don’t know!! So I started coaching!!! I thought if I can change just one life, it will all be worth it! 🙌🏼
    I’m now 38 years young, living my best life, and looking to help YOU do the same!! 🙌🏼👏🏼

Sometimes you hafta be your own cheer squad, sometimes you have to yell at yourself, & really cut through your own BS...& sometimes that’s hard. But f*ck it’s worth it. I promised myself I’d really SHOW UP in my training this week. It was a PROMISE. This workout was epic, I did an extra 2 reps on that last ridiculous dumbbell lateral step up just to prove to myself that I’M ALIVE, I’M HERE & I’M SHOWING UP. #goals #getup #showup #commitment #accomplishment #achieve #nofailure #honouryourself

It’s almost like the 3-month gravy, candy, waterfall starts on Halloween and finally finishes, once the damage has been done, and we’re all like “New Year, New Me!” But guess what? You spend the first 2-3 months of the year undoing your poor holiday decisions. So we wanted to help you nip this holiday weight gain in the bud! Annex Training has put together a little challenge to allow you to focus on yourself during this time of giving.     In Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) we help people learn to be more flexible - to use a problem-solving mode of mind when we need it but without allowing it mindlessly to drain us of the vitality we contain.
    Imagine a #sunset that you look on with profound appreciation. It is unique. There is not another such sunset on the planet. Wow.

    When looking at a sunset we can experience simple appreciation. All of us could go back into a problem-solving mode of mind of course, as if it was important that there should be a little more pink here or a little more blue there. But we do not. It would violate the beauty of the moment and we sense that. Instead we appreciate.

    A sunset mode of mind is transformational. It is every bit as powerful as a problem solving mode of mind.
    What would your marriage look like if you looked at your spouse as you would a sunset? What would your friends look like? What would your own history look like? What would that scared or sad little kid inside look like?

    This means there’s a potential that men and women could spend upwards of 60% of their lives married or in a committed long term relationship AND YET we commonly spend 0% of our youth learning about the fundamentals that could help us navigate this part of our lives as adults. My Wingwoman was founded on the philosophy that it’s never too late to up-skill in the matters of the heart.
    So I wonder, are there lessons you’ve learnt through time and experience you wish you’d known sooner?

  • I’ve been pretty inactive lately and will be for a little while longer🙈 I’m focusing on work right now and making money because I need to make a $1000 asap for my car because I was in an accident 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ve also had a lot come out lately about my mental health that needs to be addressed. As you can see my life is a little crazy right now🤷🏼‍♀️😅 Thank you for bearing with me though and I hope you’ll continue to do so while I get things back in order! Thankful for each and every one of you!! If I do post, it will be inconsistent, but thank you again for all your support! It means the world!✌🏻
