    HOW TO GET SH*T DONE AND WORKOUT
    here’s my top tips: .
    -PLAN, plan your day, make a list of things you need to get done and put them in an order that you can stick too
    . -MEAL PREP, if you find it hard to cook/eat nutritious food when your busy then meal prep may be helpful! .
    -WORKOUT, workout when you want too and when suits you (whether that’s in the morning so it’s done and sorted for the day or in the evening after you finished all your tasks to do) or even not at all! taking a break and a rest day is so important mentally and physically! .
    -DON’T STRESS, don’t worry if you can’t workout today, one day won’t matter in the long run! equally, don’t plan to do so much that it becomes overwhelming! make sure you are realistic with what you can accomplish in a day .
    -LIMIT PHONE TIME, watch out for when you pick up your phone and aimlessly scroll through instagram, this can be a big time waster!! .
    -HAVE FUN, don’t let anything become too stressful or get you down and if you don’t get everything you want done, there’s always tomorrow!!💞
